A professional architect and hotel development, design and construction expert with more than 22 years of experience in hotel planning and development with international hotel operators, design consultants, hotel developers, and construction firms. 

He has an exceptional global understanding of the entire hospitality projects lifecycle and operational requirements. 

Ishaq was privileged to gain design, technical and operational experience with leading hotel operator Hilton Worldwide where he was a regional director for design and construction for MENA region.

Rami Massoud

Executive Director

A hotel development and asset management expert with more than 22 years of experience in hotel real estate planning and development. He has an exceptional global understanding of the entire hospitality lifecycle and tourism in general. 

Rami was privileged to gain operational experience with leading hotel operators (Four Seasons, Marriott and Starwood) where he was part of 7 hotel openings. Later Rami joined Dubai Holding and Jumeirah Group in 2006 focusing on hotel portfolio investment, hotel corporate development, feasibility, and planning as part of the group’s expansion plan in MENA region. Rami scope of work included the concept development and brand affiliation strategy for hotels and resorts in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Tunisia, Morocco, and Malta.
